Dwell is preparing for launch. Live payments remain closed while the operator’s legal identity and payment arrangements are finalized.
Who can use Dwell
Dwell is preparing an initial launch for United States residents aged 18 or older. Advertisers must be adults authorized to purchase advertising for their business. Dwell is a brand; the operator and business contact address are identified above when live payments are available. These terms describe the service and do not waive rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
Prepaid advertising
You pay upfront in US dollars for whole blocks of 1,000 eligible views at the bid shown at checkout. Each purchase has a $25 minimum; bids start at $2.50 per block. Applicable tax is shown separately at checkout. Your paid bid is fixed for that campaign. Higher bids receive priority among eligible campaigns. Even delivery spreads eligibility over a target of 30 days; faster delivery uses available inventory. Neither option guarantees a delivery deadline, audience size, clicks, sales, or uninterrupted service.
Payment, review and delivery
Successful payment funds your campaign; the browser return page alone is not proof of payment. Campaigns must also pass review before delivery. Pausing stops future delivery and preserves remaining inventory. Creative edits require another review. Unused views do not have a scheduled expiration. Low demand and higher bids can delay delivery. Contact support about a rejected campaign, non-delivery, an incorrect charge, or another billing issue.
Purchase policy
After payment, voluntary cancellations and refunds are not offered, including for a change of mind, a pause, or slower-than-expected delivery. This policy does not limit any refund, dispute, or other remedy required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. If Dwell cannot lawfully supply a purchase, it will handle the transaction consistently with those obligations.
Eligible views and the 50% share
A paid view must pass server checks, including a valid short-lived token, an active account and device, available paid campaign inventory, recent human interaction or explicit confirmation, and at least five seconds of reported visibility. A successful view consumes one purchased view. The viewer receives 50% of the campaign’s prepaid per-view price, excluding tax. For example, a $5 block pays $0.0025 for one eligible view. Dwell keeps the other half before its payment and operating costs. Fractional cents accumulate; withdrawals use whole cents. House promotions, test campaigns, rejected views, and an empty ad queue do not pay.
Presence and limits
Ads rotate approximately once a minute. Human input or an explicit confirmation renews a five-minute presence window. A 30-second reminder appears before it expires, followed by a verification control. Automated AI activity does not renew that window. Current limits are 240 paid views per account per UTC day, 160 per device per UTC day, $20 in a rolling hour and $200 in a rolling 24 hours. Eligibility and demand may reduce actual earnings far below these limits. These checks reduce abuse; they cannot prove someone’s gaze or guarantee fraud-free traffic.
Viewer conduct
Use Dwell only while you are present and can see the sponsored line. Do not automate confirmations, modify reporting to simulate attention, create duplicate accounts to evade limits, or use headless farming. Dwell may hold payouts and suspend accounts while investigating specific abuse. Invalid earnings may be reversed with an explanation. You can contact support to ask for a review of an account or payout decision.
Payouts and taxes
Withdrawals start at $10 through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe’s identity, eligibility and bank onboarding. A request reserves the amount so it cannot be withdrawn twice. Some requests require review. “Transferred to Stripe” means funds reached your connected Stripe balance; arrival at your bank depends on Stripe’s payout schedule and account status. Dwell does not currently offer PayPal or Wise payouts. You are responsible for your applicable taxes; Dwell and its payment providers may collect information and issue reports as required.
Advertising standards and content
Advertisers must have the rights to their creative and landing pages, make truthful substantiated claims, and comply with law and payment-provider restrictions. Dwell may reject illegal, deceptive, unsafe, discriminatory or otherwise unsuitable ads and landing pages. Do not promote regulated financial products, gambling, adult content, weapons, controlled substances, or other restricted categories without prior written approval. Approval by Dwell is not legal clearance. You grant Dwell permission to display your submitted creative for campaign operation.
Your work, account and termination
You retain rights to your code, prompts and files. Dwell does not upload their contents for ad verification. You can disconnect a device, uninstall the tool or request account closure. Advertisers can pause campaigns in the dashboard. Account closure does not erase lawful payment records or automatically cancel a prepaid purchase. Legitimate outstanding earnings remain subject to payout eligibility and review; contact support if closing an account with a balance below the withdrawal minimum.
Availability and changes
Dwell does not guarantee earnings, continuous availability, traffic volumes or future compatibility with third-party tools. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new version and communicated where required. Paid campaign pricing is preserved. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
