Campaign purchases on Dwell are final at the moment of checkout. No refunds are issued for any reason, including low inventory, slow delivery, or account cancellation. By completing checkout you agree to this policy. Please review your campaign details carefully before paying.
The deal
Dwell shows sponsored lines in AI coding tools and pays developers for verified attention. Advertisers pay for impressions that pass our verification criteria. We keep a share of ad revenue to cover operations; the developer keeps the rest.
Developer rules
You may not automate impressions, run headless sessions, or otherwise attempt to generate fake attention. Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of fraudulent earnings. We reserve the right to claw back payouts if fraud is detected after payment.
Advertiser rules
All ad copy and landing pages must be truthful and must not promote illegal products or services. We manually review every ad before it goes live; ads typically go live within 24 hours of payment. Advertisers prepay for impression blocks. All campaign purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: low inventory, slow delivery, zero consumer activity, campaign pause or cancellation, or account termination. You are purchasing impression blocks on a best-effort basis — we guarantee the opportunity to serve, not a specific delivery timeline or completion date. By checking out, you expressly acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.
Payouts
Developers may request payout once they reach the minimum threshold shown in their dashboard. Connect a Stripe account and clean payouts are sent automatically. If you instead use a PayPal or Wise email, payouts are reviewed manually and typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. We screen all payouts for fraud before releasing funds.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your code, prompts, and files. Dwell does not claim any rights over your work. By using Dwell, you grant us a limited license to display ad copy in your status bar as configured by your account settings.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Developers can disable Dwell instantly via the CLI or extension. Advertisers can pause campaigns. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding verified earnings remain payable subject to review.
Disclaimer
Dwell is provided as-is. We do not guarantee earnings amounts, impression volumes, or uptime. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (for advertisers) or the amount of your last verified payout (for developers) in the preceding 90 days.
