What we collect
We collect your email address via Google Sign-In and coarse impression telemetry (time visible, whether the session was actively interacting, and a random device identifier UUID generated when you connect a machine). We do not store your IP address, and we do NOT collect your code, prompts, files, or browsing history.
How we use it
Your email is used for account management and payout notifications. Impression telemetry is used to confirm a real person was present and interacting, grade attention quality, and calculate earnings. We never sell personal data.
Cookies and tracking
We use a minimal session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party analytics cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers. The Dwell CLI and extensions do not track your behavior outside of active wait states.
Data retention
Impression records are retained for at least 90 days for fraud review and payout verification, then aggregated. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@dwellmonetize.com.
Your rights
You can access or update your account data from your dashboard, or request deletion by emailing support@dwellmonetize.com. You may also request a full data export. We will comply within 30 days.
Security
All data is transmitted over TLS. Local connection tokens are hashed before storage. Impression tokens are cryptographically signed to prevent tampering. We use a managed auth provider so we never store passwords.
